Training & info

The National Relay Service has a team of education and information staff who work across Australia.

The Education and Information team

The team's members understand how the National Relay Service works, the different call options and equipment that people use. They know what it is like to start using a TTY and can provide advice about making the calls go smoothly.

The team:

  • can run information sessions for interested groups and organisations
  • can provide factsheets, DVDs  and VHS that will help you - whether you are new to the National Relay Service or an old user
  • can provide information for you, for people you know, or for someone you want to contact through the National Relay Service
  • can come to you.
