Training

A team of national education and information staff are available in six locations across the country to help you use the National Relay Service. All training is free.

Staff are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.

These staff can provide advice about:

  • organising free training sessions
  • how to start making relay calls through the National Relay Service
  • equipment such as TTYs (teletypewriters) and the free software you will need if you want to use a computer to make your calls
  • our education and information sessions.

Contact our Helpdesk to find out how we can help you.
