A better deal for NRS call centre customers

The NRS worked with some 123 call centres employing over 20,000 staff during Hearing Awareness Week 21-27 August.

Call centre managers and staff were encouraged to understand that NRS callers are customers too. We provided tips on how to ensure these customers get the same level of service.
